How is this for an interesting statistic? I just received a report that said something that really surprised me. Of all the first time buyers of homes, 24% of those buyers we’re single when they bought the house.
That’s right, 24%. And here’s the even more surprising part, 17% of the first-time buyers were females. More single females purchased a home than single males.
