About Rosemont Estates

Rosemont Estates is an active adult, 55+ community which is located in prestigious Marlboro Township. Because it’s centrally located in Monmouth County, Rosemont Estates offer easy access to North Jersey and New York City. Atlantic City is also an easy drive away. It’s in an ideal location, because it’s close to shopping malls, theaters, beaches, libraries, museums, and much more. Also, the Jersey Shore is just minutes away.

The Homes

Between 2004 and 2014, 242 homes, with many different floor plans were built in Rosemont Estates. Overall, this  community features upscale detached single family homes, with between 2,392 sq ft and 2,836 square feet. Among the many fine features are hardwood floors, as well as granite counter tops and soaring cathedral ceilings. Also, first floor master suites are a standard feature. The homes have either 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms and 2 car garages, plus some of the homes have lofts. And in fact, some have basements. However, this is a non-gated community.

Since construction is no longer available, any sales would be resales.

The luxurious 16,000 sq ft clubhouse is the the social hub of Rosemont Estates you’ll find that the social hub of Rosemont Estates. This is a scheduled service and there is no charge. Monmouth County also provides a medical transport bus. This low cost, non-emergency service will take senior citizens to any medical facility or doctor’s office in Monmouth County. However, these trips require advance reservations..

Rosemont Estates is ideally located, because bus service is nearby on Route 9, or if you prefer, train service is minutes away in Matawan. And all major roadways are easily accessible.
