Main bathrooms will require a little more time and effort to make them look great. A fresh coat of paint of course. Look at the tile in the bathtub area, does it need regrouting or replacement? Are there shower doors? Do they just need a good cleaning and polishing? How about the floor -what condition is that in? Do you need to replace the vanity? Or can it just be cleaned and touched up?
