Why do I do what? Okay, let me clarify what I’m asking. Why do I expend the time and effort to write blog posts?
I could go on and on about my desire to help people understand more about the real estate industry and to educate people about why people do things, and how to make your real estate transaction go smoother and many other reasons.
But here’s the simple answer. Google Juice.
When I write these blog posts, I am creating original content for my web site. Google is a big fan of original content, be it text, pictures or video. Adding this original content helps me keep my web sites visible on the first page of the search results. Which allows people like you to find us and allows us to help you buy or sell real estate. This is how we make our living.
But I have to say that I am not sure if anybody is reading these blog posts.
I’ve previously asked in my posts for people to contact me if they actually read these posts. I have not yet received a reply.
So I decided I will make it worth someone’s time to respond if they indeed, are reading this.
For every reply I receive, I will donate $20 to Wounded Warriors.
